Agreement

By using CostShare you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

CostShare is a shared expense tracking tool. It helps groups record expenses and settlements but does not process bank payments or provide financial advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.

Your content

You retain ownership of data you enter. You grant the operator the limited right to host and process that data solely to operate the service for you and your groups.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use CostShare for unlawful purposes.

Liability

CostShare is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for incorrect entries, settlement disputes between users, possible calculation errors of the application, or indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
